M A Ashraf & Co. is a Chartered Accountant firm based in India built on clarity, trust, and ethical service. Founded by CA Md. Ayaz Ashraf in 2021, our goal has always been to provide honest, jargon-free financial guidance to individuals and businesses across India.

We help businesses with tax filing, bookkeeping, GST compliance, audits, and more. Whether it’s a startup, a small manufacturer, or a service business — we make sure the numbers are sorted and the compliance is on time.

Our approach is simple: we work honestly, stay up to date, and give practical advice that helps clients avoid problems later.

Most of the work is handled remotely by our team, but I personally step in when things need deeper review or direct involvement. This way, clients get expert-level service without the overhead of a full-time staff.

CA Md. Ayaz Ashraf – Founder

CA Md. Ayaz Ashraf didn’t start out with the idea of building a large firm. He simply wanted to be the kind of Chartered Accountant clients could trust—someone who explained things clearly and stood by them through financial uncertainty.

After qualifying as a CA, he worked closely with entrepreneurs, small business owners, salaried professionals, and family-run businesses—gaining more than just experience. He gained perspective.

Over the years, what stood out wasn’t the rules he followed—it was the clarity he brought. Whether guiding a first-time founder through incorporation or helping someone respond to a tax notice, Ashraf focused on simplifying the process, not just completing it.

Even today, he remains closely involved in many client matters, especially those involving sensitive timelines. Clients often say it’s the calm, practical tone and straight answers that make a difference. For him, that’s the point—to be a Chartered Accountant who listens, simplifies, and stands with his clients.
